Rochester Repeats as WHAC Rocket League Champion

SOUTHFIELD, Mich - For the second consecutive year, Rochester Esports has claimed the WHAC Tournament Championship. After finishing a perfect 16-0 during the regular season, the Warriors entered the tournament as the number one seed and favorite. They lived up to the expectations in a big way sweeping their way to the winners bracket semifinal match against #2 seed Siena Heights. In that match, a best of seven, it was back and forth but Rochester won 4-2 to advance to the finals. Siena Heights had to climb their way out of the consolation bracket and did so easily, beating #3 Indiana Tech 4-0 to set up a rematch with Rochester. Needing to win two straight matches, Siena Heights took an early lead in the first game, but ultimately fell 4-2.
