Cleary wins 2024 Overwatch 2 Championship

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - (Tournament Page) A new champion has been crowned at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Overwatch 2 championship, hosted by Indiana Tech. Cleary claims its first championship in Overwatch 2, defeating top-seeded Indiana Tech 4-0 in the Grand Final. The win avenged a regular season loss for Cleary, who fell to Indiana Tech on March 26. Lourdes had won each of the prior two Overwatch 2 titles.

No.2 seed Cleary made their way to the finals by defeating No. 7 Lourdes 3-0 and No. 3 Siena Heights 3-0. No. 1 seed Indiana Tech did not lose a single game along the way either, defeating No. 8 Aquinas 3-0 and No. 4 Lawrence Tech 3-0 to advance to the final matchup against Cleary. 

The Grand Finals was a best of seven series.
