LTU's Brandon Beavers named NAIA National Player of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – (NAIA Release) Brandon Beavers of Lawrence Tech (Mich.) has been named the NAIA Men's Basketball National Player of the Week. Beavers was selected based on his performance(s) from February 5-11 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/group nominees.

Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

NAIA Men's Basketball Player of the Week 

Brandon Beavers - Lawrence Tech (Mich.) - SR - Guard

• Averaged 30 points and 12.5 rebounds a game over the course of his squad's two contests
• Netted 28 points and grabbed 15 boards in a win over Indiana Tech, the Blue Devils' first win over the Warriors all-time
• His 32 point performance against Northwestern Ohio was a career-high
