First and Second Team All-Conference honors were awarded based on season averages. Head coaches in the WHAC voted Tom Osborne of Indiana Tech as Coach of the Year and George Bell of Madonna as the Champions of Character Coach.

In addition to All-Conference, the WHAC also named its All-Academic Team for juniors or above in academic standing with a cumulative 3.25 GPA.
