Lawrence Tech Tops 2023-24 WHAC Men’s Golf Preseason Coaches’ Poll
For the second consecutive year, Lawrence Tech sits atop the Men's Golf Preseason Coaches' Poll as announced by the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) office earlier this afternoon. Each head coach ranks all of the conference teams to determine the preseason Coaches' Poll.
The Blue Devils received six first place votes to edge out defending WHAC tournament champion UNOH by just 14 points. The Racers, who defeated Lawrence Tech by a stroke a season ago, received four first place votes. Siena Heights, who finished third a season ago, comes in third and was the third and final team to receive 100 or more points.
The fall portion of the Men's Golf season is underway with the WHAC Fall Preview set to take place Sept. 24-26 at Stoatin Brea Golf Club in Augusta, Mich.
