Top Two Seeds Survive at Men's Tennis

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - (Tournament Page) - UNOH and Indiana Tech emerged unscathed after the opening day of the 2022 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Men's Tennis Tournament. Hosted by Cornerstone, the matches were contested at Gainey Tennis Center and MVP Crahen.

As the top seed, UNOH received a bye in the quarterfinals. Fifth-seeded Cornerstone edged out No. 4 Lawrence Tech 4-2 while No. 3 Aquinas eliminated No. 6 Lourdes 4-0. Playing as the second seed, Indiana Tech ousted No. 7 Concordia 5-0.

In the semis, UNOH defeated Cornerstone 4-0 while Indiana Tech beat Aquinas 4-1. The Championship is set for 9 a.m. on April 30 at Gainey Tennis Center.
