Indiana Tech sweeps Indoor Athlete of the Week awards

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's. 

WHAC SID's have selected Esau Haynes (Aquinas) as the Track Athlete of the Week and McKale Hood (Indiana Tech) as the Field Athlete of the Week. Haynes improved on his previous B standard in the 60m to his an A standard with a time of 6.79. Hood earned an A standard in the High Jump with a leap of 2.05m. Haynes wins Athlete of the Week for the second time this season while Hood earns his first honors. 

PCC Sports specializes in the construction and design of artificial turf fields, running tracks, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and surfacing of tracks/courts. PCC Sports is a rapidly growing company based near Kansas City, MO and has a footprint throughout the Midwest and Southern United States. PCC Sports is affiliated with ASBA, FieldTurf, Beynon, and a member of Post-Tensioning Institute.
