Aquinas' Armendano Named NAIA MVB National Attacker of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - (NAIA Release) - Julian Armendano of Aquinas was named the NAIA Men's Volleyball National Attacker of the Week for the period ending March 6, 2022. The senior posted a week-high 24 kills vs Adrian (Mich.) and was one dig away from a double-double vs No. 6 Missouri Baptist with 19 kills and 9 digs. He helped the Saints to an undefeated week, which included wins over No. 6 MBU and No. 14 Saint Xavier (Ill.).

He's the second WHAC athlete to earn the award this season and joins Lourdes' Jeff Lam who earned it on Feb. 16.
