Lourdes' Cobb Named Wrestler of the Week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Wrestler of the Week award, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's. 

WHAC SID's have selected Lourdes' Tyler Cobb (285 lbs) as the Wrestler of the Week for his effort in a pair of WHAC wins. Cobb earned a pair of wins by fall over Cornerstone's Stephos Georgiou and Marian's Excell Brooks. His win over Brooks helped the Gray Wolves to their first dual win over Marian in team history and also avenged an earlier season loss. Cobb is now 14-5 on the season. 

PCC Sports specializes in the construction and design of artificial turf fields, running tracks, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and surfacing of tracks/courts. PCC Sports is a rapidly growing company based near Kansas City, MO and has a footprint throughout the Midwest and Southern United States. PCC Sports is affiliated with ASBA, FieldTurf, Beynon, and a member of Post-Tensioning Institute.
