Softball Player and Pitcher of the Week Named
The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) named Mackenzie Nagelhout of Cornerstone and Maeson Schlaud of Madonna as the weekly award winners for softball. Nagelhout earned Player of the Week with a career-high 5 RBIs in the nightcap with Lawrence Tech and finished with six for the week along with 9-for-15 from the plate. Schlaud picked up Pitcher of the Week as she struck out eight and allowed just three hits in 7.0 innings of work.
