Softball Almost Completes Day Two

SYLVANIA, Ohio - (Tournament Bracket) - The second day of the 2022 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) was almost completed at Pacesetter Park. Four of the five games went off without a hitch, but the final contest of the day was suspened due to inclement weather. Aquinas was leading Madonna 4-3 in the top of the fourth inning for a chance to meet UM-Dearborn in the championship. The game is scheduled to resume at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 6.

Second-seeded UM-Dearborn remains as the lone undefeated team in the tournament. The Wolverines sent top-seeded Madonna to the elimination side as Amber Cheplick and Lanie Ellinger both went yard.
