Lawrence Tech wins Women's Bowling Jamboree No. 3

LANSING, Mich. (COMPLETE RESULTS) - Lawrence Tech saw four bowlers finish in the top five spots to claim the third Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Women's Bowling Jamboree at Royal Scot Lanes. Cleary hosted the jamboree where Laurin Prebelich of LTU was the top bowler after rolling an 893. Teammates Bailey Gipson and Victoria Giardina finished just behind with an 889 and 829, respectively. Rachel Iha finished fifth with an 803.

The team win put Lawrence Tech a 50 points and just five points behind overall leader Indiana Tech. The final jamboree, hosted by Siena Heights, is set for Feb. 5 at Lenawee Rec.

A JV tournament was held in conjunction with the jamboree. The Lawrence Tech JV A team won the JV tournament with a score of 6261.
