NAIA Women's Bowling All-American Teams Announced

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – (NAIA Release) The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 2023-24 NAIA Women's Bowling All-America teams on Wednesday, prior to the start of the national championship in Sterling Heights, Mich. Additionally, the Special Awards of Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Coach of the Year were released.  Indiana Tech's Morgan Nunn was the lone representative on the All-American teams for the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) this season. Nunn earns a place on the first team for the first time in her career following being named to the second team in 2022. She won three awards for the WHAC: Second Team All-Conference, Champions of Character Team and All-Academic Team.

The Executive Committee along with a member from each conference/grouping has a representative on the All-American Committee, in addition to current board and advisory board members. The committee met after the conclusion of conference tournament events for All-American selection. The fifteen players agreed upon by the formed committee will be named All-Americans with five being placed on the first team, second team, and third team. The same committee also selects the Player of the Year Rookie of the Year award winners. The selection committee will determine which players qualify for All-American consideration based upon Field Average, Average Games bowled, Average Differential, Top 5, Top 10 and 1st place finishes for individual standings.
