SHU's Bishop named NAIA Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - (NAIA Release) - The NAIA named Kara Bishop of Siena Heights its Women's Soccer National Defensive Player of the Week for the period ending Oct. 17, 2021. The senior recorded 13 saves for a pair of shutouts to reach 18 for her career. Bishop's award makes it back-to-back honors for the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) after Emmy Rodger of Lourdes received the honor last week.
