Aquinas Repeats Women's Soccer Champion

Aquinas was crowned the 2021 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) women's soccer champion after storming through the season with a 10-0-1 record. Lourdes was the only team to trip up the Saints, playing them to a 1-1 tie on Oct. 9.

AQ secured the championship on the second-to-last match of the season with a 1-0 victory against Siena Heights. It's the fifth women's soccer title for the Saints (1996, 2007, 2011, 2020, 2021) and they will hold the top seed in the upcoming conference tournament April 3, 6, 13.

Madonna finished in second with a 7-1-2 record after winning its final match. UNOH ended in third with a 7-2-2 WHAC Record.
