Season's First Women's Indoor Athletes of the Week
Faith Jackson of Siena Heights and Ashley Verplank of Cornerstone earned the season's first Women's Indoor Athletes of the Week for the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC). Jackson picked up Track Athlete of the Week with a second-place time of 8.81 in the 60 meter hurdles at the Tiffin Open. Verplank took Field Athlete of the Week with a mark if 3.54m in the pole vault at the Grand Valley State Holiday Open.
