Indiana Tech Women's Track & Field wins 2024 WHAC Indoor Championships

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - (Complete Results) For the fifth consecutive year and 13th in the last 14 years, Indiana Tech Women's Indoor Track & Field has won the WHAC Championship. The Warriors scored 190 total team points to secure the championship. Cornerstone was second with 151 points while host Aquinas was third with 135 points. 

Three WHAC records were broken at the event with Aquinas' Lauren Wooer breaking the record in the 800m run with a time of 2:16.44. Lisa Voyles of Indiana Tech broke the record in the 1000m run (2:52.36) and Jamaya Warthen broke the record in the 200m (24.24). 

Mike Wojciakowski of Aquinas was named the Champion of Character Coach while Indiana Tech's Doug Edgar was named the Coach of the Year. 

The top three finishers in each event receive All-Conference honors.
