Indiana Tech Wins Third-Straight Women's Basketball Championship

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - For the third time in as many seasons and sixth in the last seven, Indiana Tech is the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) regular season champion. This marks the first time in that stretch that the Warriors have concluded WHAC play with a perfect record, finishing 22-0 following their regular season finale against UNOH. 

Siena Heights finished in sole possession of second place with a 20-2 record after tieing for second a season ago. Concordia finished in third place, improving on a T-4 finish in 2022-23. Indiana Tech claims the first of the WHAC's two auto bids to the NAIA National Championship. The winner of the tournament, or runner-up if Indiana Tech wins, will earn the second bid. 

The WHAC Women's Basketball Tournament is set to take place on high-seed campuses Feb. 28, Mar. 1 and Mar. 4. The NAIA National Championships begin at host sites on Mar. 21.
