#1 Indiana Tech def. #4 Cornerstone 61-40

Top-seeded Indiana Tech punched its ticket to the WHAC finals with an impressive 61-40 win over #4 Cornerstone in Fort Wayne on Friday evening. The Warriors led nearly the entire way with just one tied and one lead change all night. Indiana Tech held Cornerstone to 10 or fewer points in three of the four quarters and held the Golden Eagles to 25% shooting from the field in route to the semifinal victory. WHAC Player and Defender of the Year, Erika Foy, once again led the Tech attack scoring a game-high 17 points while pulling down eight rebounds, blocking two shots and dishing out three assists. Taylor Covington scored 12 and Korryn Smith added 10 in the winning effort. Mackenzie Stien was the leading scorer for Cornerstone with 13 points in addition to eight boards. Stephanie Ainsworth had eight points and led the team in rebounds with nine.

#2 Siena Heights def. #3 Concordia 70-64

The lead changed hands just three times in the semifinal matchup between Siena Heights and Concordia on the Campus of the Saints. SHU led by as many as 11 points lat in the third quarter but the first half was back and forth and took a last second three pointer form SHU to send it to the break tied. The Saints did their damage in the third stanza, outscoring the Cardinals 21-13 to take what would prove to be an insurmountable lead. Siena Heights shot 50% from the field and held Concordia to just 35.7% shooting in a stat sheet that was otherwise quite even. Siena Heights had four scorers in double figures, led by Kayla Hinton with 22. E'Anna Won had 11 and nine boards while Olivia DeLong scored 10 and pulled down seven rebounds. Brooke Rebman came off the bench and added 12. Abby Long led all scorers with 30 points, including seven made three pointers. Julia Hirt added 15 off the bench and Taylor Leatherman scored 11.
