Women's Volleyball Tournament Pairings Set

LIVONIA, Mich. - (TOURNAMENT PAGE) - The seedings and pairings for the 2021 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Women's Volleyball Tournament are set. The opening round play starts Nov. 10 at the higher seeds. Semifinals are Nov. 12 with the championship Nov. 13 at the highest seed remaining.

Madonna takes the top seed after winning the conference championship with an 18-2 league record. Madonna leads the conference with 10 tournament titles, the last one coming in 2013. Second-seeded Cornerstone (16-4) hosts No. 7 Lourdes (8-12) and No. 3 Indiana Tech (15-5) hosts sixth-seeded Concordia (10-10). Aquinas claims the fourth seed on a +4 point differential with Siena Heights after they both finished with a 13-7 record in the WHAC. SHU gets the fifth seed and will travel to Aquinas.

The winner of the conference tournament receives the leagues second automatic berth to the NAIA Women's Volleyball National Championship Opening Round. If the regular-season champion and the tournament champion are the same, the tournament runner-up receives the berth.
