Zaborowski and Hylek win Players of the Week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Baseball Players of the Week, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's. 

WHAC SID's have selected Zach Zaborowski (Indiana Tech) as the Pitcher of the Week and Logan Hylek (Concordia) as the Player of the Week. Zaborowski was stellar for Indiana Tech against Cumberland (TN), tossing six innings allowing just two unearned runs while striking out 11 and walking just two. His K9 rate was an impressive 16.50. Logan Hylek repeats as the Player of the Week for Concordia, slashing .727/.727//818 over three games. He had eight hits, four runs, four RBI and two stolen bases to help Concordia to a 2-1 weekend.
