Fisk and Fleming named Players of the Week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Baseball Players of the Week, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's. 

WHAC SID's have selected Haden Fisk (Cleary) as the Pitcher of the Week and Drew Fleming (Concordia) as the Player of the Week. Fisk threw 8.1 total innings, including a 7 inning complete game shutout. The right hander allowed no runs on just two hits while striking out 19 on the week. Fleming had a massive week at the plate for Concordia, helping them to a 3-1 weekly record. Fleming slashed .706/.737/1.882 thanks to his 12 hits in 17 at bats with six home runs, two doubles and nine rbi.
