2022 Overwatch Preseason Poll Released

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) released the final of the three preseason polls for the inaugural year of esports. The Overwatch poll was conducted using voting from the head coaches/coordinators at each of the six participating schools. 

Lourdes was picked as the unanimous preseason favorite for Overwatch, receiving 36 total points and all six first-place votes. Indiana Tech was picked second with 25 points. Aquinas came in at third with 26 points while Concordia compiled 17 points. Lawrence Tech (13) and Cleary (6) finished out the poll. 

The Overwatch Conference Tournament is set for April 9 with all six teams battling in a single elimination bracket with Best of 3 matches until the championship which is Best of 5.
