WHAC Men's Basketball Tournament Starts Today!

The bracket for the 2024 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Men's Basketball Tournament is set and action begins on Thursday, Feb. 29. The top eight teams from the regular season standings qualify for the tournament which features a single-elimination bracket.

Madonna enters as the #1 seed with a 19-3 WHAC record and fresh off claiming their first regular season championship in program history. Cornerstone and Lourdes both finished with a 17-5 record including splitting their head-to-head matchups, but Cornerstone holds the second tiebreaker thanks to their 1-1 record vs. Lawrence Tech while Lourdes went 0-2 against the Blue Devils. Indiana Tech holds the #4 seed with a 16-6 record followed by aforementioned Lawrence Tech who is the #5 seed with a 15-7 mark. Rochester, Aquinas and Siena Heights round out the top eight. 

The quarterfinals take place on Feb. 29 with semifinal games set for Saturday, Mar. 2. The championship game will take place on Tuesday, Mar. 5. All games are hosted by the higher seed in the matchup.
