Men's Volleyball Weekly Awards to Galanes, Heidrich, and Phillip
The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) named David Galanes of Cornerstone, Gustavo Heidrich of Lawrence Tech, and Simon Phillip also of Lawrence Tech as its weekly award winners for men's volleyball.
Galanes earned Attacker of the Week after statting 4.70 kills per set over 10 sets. The junior also averaged 5.0 points per set as Cornerstone went 2-1 on the week.
Heidrich was named Defender of the Week as he recorded 86 digs for 5.06 per set and added 15 assists during LTU's 4-1 week.
Phillip took Setter of the Week with 10.71 assists per set and 24 digs for the Blue Devils.
