Marian's Wagner Named Wrestler of the Week.

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Wrestler of the Week award, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.

WHAC SID's have selected #2 at 141 lbs Logan Wagner (Marian) as the Wrestler of the Week. Wagner was perfect at the highly-competitive NWCA National Duals over the weekend, knocking off two ranked opponents in the process. He also picked up a trio of bonus point wins including two tech falls and a pin. Wagner defeated No. 13 Kael Brisker of Southeastern and secured a 22-5 tech fall over No. 7 Jackson Wenberg of Graceland. This is his first Wrestler of the Week award this season.
