Softball Weekly Honors to Scott and Hanes
The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) named Olivia Scott of UM-Dearborn and Carlie Hanes of UNOH as its Softball Player and Pitcher of the Week, respectively.
Scott hit .727 on 8-for-11 fromt he plate during a four-game streak and had a .818 slugging percentage. The sophomore drove in seven runs and stole two bases over the week.
Hanes didn't give up a run in 13.1 innings of work. The junior struck out nine and scattered four hits to post a 2-0 week

Olivia Scott, UM-Dearborn
(So., C - Lasalle, Ontario, CAN) - Led the Wolverines in AVG, OBP, SLG, OPS, and RBIs en route to a 4-0 week in WHAC play. The sophomore backstop increased her batting average by .125 points during the week and tallied a team-high seven RBIs.
