AQ's Hardin, Indiana Tech's Bravo Earn Weekly Honors

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Softball Players of the Week, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.

WHAC SID's have selected Savannah Bravo (Indiana Tech) as the Pitcher of the Week and Courtney Hardin (Aquinas) as the Player of the Week. Bravo tossed two complete game shutouts to pick up two wins on the week. She struck out 11 and walked just one while allowing six hits in 13 innings pitched. Hardin did the most with her minimal plate appearances, going 3-for-3 with a double, home run, five RBI, three runs scored, a stolen base and a walk. Aquinas was 2-0 on the week.
