UNOH's Keighley, IT's Koning Win Softball Weekly Honors

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Softball Players of the Week, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's. 

WHAC SID's have selected Jayme Koning (Indiana Tech) as the Pitcher of the Week and Dani Keighley (UNOH) as the Player of the Week. Koning had a big week, going 3-0 highlighted by a perfect game effort in a win over CIU. She allowed just one run and 10 hits over 20 innings pitched. Keighley helped UNOH go 4-2 last week and had multiple hits in five of the team's six games. She had 10 hits in 23 at bats with two triples, three RBI and two runs scored.
