Farrell and Robinson Earn Player of the Week Honors

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's. 

WHAC SID's have selected Sydney Robinson (Lawrence Tech) as the Offensive Player of the Week and Michelle Farrell (Indiana Tech) as the Defensive Player of the Week. Robinson helped the Blue Devils to a pair of WHAC wins over Concordia and Bethel. In the win over Bethel she set school records in assists (9) and points (14) per game. She finished the week with 12 goals and 10 assists. Farrell helped the Warriors to a 2-0 week in WHAC play as well with wins over Bethel and Marian. Farrell had 14 ground balls, 14 draw controls and a pair of turnovers caused.
