Swope and Robinson named Players of the Week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's. 

WHAC SID's have selected Sydney Robinson (Lawrence Tech) as the Offensive Player of the Week and Samantha Swope (Bethel) as the Defensive Player of the Week. Robinson repeats as Player of the Week thanks to her efforts in leading LTU to a pair of WHAC wins with 11 goals and and eight assists. Swope wins the award for the first time after leading Bethel to a pair of WHAC wins with 15 saves including 11 against Siena Heights.
