Women's Soccer Tournament Pairings Set

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - (TOURNAMENT PAGE) - Aquinas will defend its tourney title by entering the 2022 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Women's Soccer Tournament as the top seed on Nov 2. The Saints won the regular-season championship with at perfect 11-0-0 record (15-2-1 overall). Seeding was based on finish in the regular season which was determined on a point basis (3 point for a win, 0 points for a loss, 1 point for a tie).

Madonna sits as the second seed after finishing up as the regular-season runner-up with a 9-1-1 record (13-4-1 overall). Lawrence Tech (5-1-5, 6-4-5) claimed the third seed off a tiebreaker with UNOH (6-3-2, 8-8-2) based on head-to-head competition. Siena Heights (5-2-4, 10-4-4) took the fifth seed from Lourdes (6-4-1, 8-4-4) based on the head-to-head tiebreaker and Rochester (4-6-1, 8-7-2) grabbed the seventh seed. Cornerstone beat out Concordia, UM-Dearborn, and Indiana Tech for the final spot based on a 1-0-2 head-to-head record.
