Cornerstone's De La Vega Sanchez wins Player of the Week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Women's Tennis Players of the week, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.

This week, the WHAC SIDs have chosen Cornerstone's Hannah De La Vega Sanchez as its Women's Player of the Week. De La Vega Sanchez went 2-0 on the week in a match against Davenport. She won her singles match (4-6, 6-2, 6-2) and her doubles match 6-3. This is her first time winning this award this season. 

PCC Sports specializes in the construction and design of artificial turf fields, running tracks, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and surfacing of tracks/courts.
