SHU's Fugate Earns NAIA National Field Athlete of the Week for Women's Outdoor

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - (NAIA Release) - The NAIA named Siena Heights' senior Tyler Fugate as its Women's Outdoor National Field Athlete of the Week for the period ending April 16, 2023. 

Fugate hit an "A" standard in the Pole Vault setting the current top mark in the NAIA by .05 meters with a jump of 3.95m to win the event at the Don Kleinow Invitational.

She was named the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Field Athlete of the Week on Monday.
