Aquinas' Diamond, Indiana Tech's Voyles named Track Athlete of the Week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's. 

WHAC SID's have selected  Lisa Voyles (Indiana Tech) as the Track Athlete of the Week and Kaylee Diamond (Aquinas) as the Field Athlete of the Week. Voyles dominated in the 800m and 1500m events, breaking two school records in the process. She ran a 2:07.94 in the 800m and 4:27.74 in the 1500m. Both NAIA A standards. Diamond won the high jump at the DU Panther Classic with a jump of 1.77m, the current top mark in the NAIA. She place 3rd in the long jump with a jump of 5.69m.

PCC Sports is affiliated with ASBA, FieldTurf, Beynon, and a member of Post-Tensioning Institute.

Jamaya Warthen (Indiana Tech) - Track Athlete of the Week 
Ryah DiGiacomo (Indiana Tech) - Field Athlete of the Week

4/8:
Hanna Assenmacher (Lawrence Tech) - Track Athlete of the Week
Lena Korte (Concordia) - Field Athlete of the Week 

4/15:
Lisa Voyles (Indiana Tech) - Track Athlete of the Week
Kaylee Diamond (Aquinas) - Field Athlete of the Week
