WXC Sees Three Teams in Top 20 and Six All-Americans

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - (NAIA Release) - The WHAC placed three teams in the Top 20 of the 43rd Annual NAIA Women's Cross Country National Championship at Apalachee Regional Park. Cornerstone ran to a fifth-place finish with 211 points behind three All-American finishes: Anna Martin in 12th place, Nygia Pollard in 25th place, and Malarie Pinwar in 30th place.

Aquinas finished 16th with 438 points and saw two All-Americans in Hannah Adler (19th) and Maggie Whitney (38th). Indiana Tech was 18th with a score of 482 thanks to Lisa Voyles' sixth-place finish for All-American honors.

Taylor (Ind.) posted a team score of 50 points to win the championship and Lina May of William Carey (Miss.) was the first runner acrose the finish line in a time of 16:50.9.

The top 40 individual finishers were named 2022 NAIA Women's Cross Country All-Americans
