Krasofsky and Barnish named Players of the Week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Ice Hockey Player of the Week Awards, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.

This week, the WHAC SIDs have chosen Cleary's Tyler Krasofsky as the Defensive Player of the Week and Lawrence Tech's Drake Barnish as the Offensive Player of the Week. Krasofsky wins the award for the second consecutive week after sending away 52 shots en route to a Cleary win over #16 Indiana Tech. The win was the first in program history for Cleary over the Warriors. Barnish had three goals and an assist in a two-game weekend sweep of Concordia.
