Season's first Men's Indoor Athletes of the Week released
The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) released the season's first weekly awards for men's indoor track and field. Matthew Gipple of Siena Heights was named Track Athlete of the Week with three top-two finishes at the SVSU Holiday Open. Shomari Somerville of Indiana Tech was named Field Athlete of the Week after he also had three top-two finishes at the Mastodon Opener.
